Our Sharpening and Truing Stones are manufactured in Germany by highly skilled craftsman.These stones are used as original equipment by many meat slicer manufactures and will last longer and stay cleaner than others.
A very important Tip proper knife sharpening is critical to the slicers performance and should be done sparingly.
Apply each stone for just a few second to restore a fine edge. Over sharpening will burn the blade and the edge will be lost.
ANOTHER USFULL NOTE IT IS RECOMENDED THAT YOU SHARPEN YOUR BLADE AFTER EACH 5 HOURS OF SLICING
