Hi Ed
You sure are welcome to put my slicer on your web page. It gives people a chance to see how things were made to last 75 years and still work better than what is being made today. This slicer weighs about 80 lbs. Its made mostly of cast Irion. I know the only way I will find a part for it is if I can find one that someone is scraping out with that part still good. My Dad bought this slicer at an auction some 20 to 25 years ago. I don't know if he took it off or if it was off when he bought it.He passed away 15 years ago so I will never find out. When I got this out of the shed 2 weeks ago it was all rusty and had been painted silver. I sand blasted it clean and totally rebuilt it. I found the original color on the inside of some parts and marched the paint. I didn't have a picture of it yet then to know how much was green. I guess I missed a little on how much was green.
If you want the web address for IBM archive it is ( Archive1@us.ibm.com )
Thank you for putting my slicer on your web page.
